Flipper was rescued with his mom and siblings in Philadelphia. Flipper is extremely friendly and loves to be around other cats and people. He has been neutered, vaccinated for FVRCP & rabies, dewormed, tested negative for feline leukemia/FIV and microchipped. To adopt Flipper please complete the online application at www.fourthepaws.org or you can meet Flipper at the Newtown Petsmart located at 2600 S Eagle Rd.

The adoption fee is $125 which includes the microchip registration fee.
