Smudge was rescued with his mom and siblings in Philadelphia. Smudge is extremely friendly and loves to be around other cats and people. He has been neutered, vaccinated for FVRCP, dewormed, tested negative for feline leukemia/FIV and microchipped. To adopt Smudge please complete the online application at www.fourthepaws.org He will be neutered, vaccinated, tested for feline leukemia/FIV and microchipped. The adoption fee is $125 which includes the microchip registration fee.
