Cecelia was rescued from Philadelphia with her siblings. She is friendly and loves to play. Cecelia has been spayed, tested negative for feline leukemia/FIV, microchipped, dewormed, and has received her 1st FVRCP vaccine. Her adoption fee is $115 which includes the microchip registration fee.
