Charlie was rescued from Philadelphia with his siblings. He is friendly and loves to play. Charlie has been neutered, tested negative for feline leukemia/FIV, microchipped, dewormed, and has received his 1st FVRCP vaccine. To adopt Charlie please complete our online application at www.fourthepaws.org
