Rocky was rescued as a stray cat in SW Philadelphia. He is super sweet and loves to be pet. Rocky had a microchip when we found him so we contacted his owner.  Rocky was lost over a year ago and has most likely been living outside ever since.  The owner is not in a stable living situation right now so they have elected to allow us to find Rocky a new home. Rocky is 3 years old and was already neutered when we found him but has been tested negative for feline leukemia/FIV and has been updated on his vaccines. Rocky is a sweetheart and is so grateful to finally be safe and warm in a foster home.  Can you give Rocky the happy ending he deserves?  If you would like to meet Rocky he is available at our adoption center located at 2814 S Eagle Rd in Newtown.
