Online Adoption Application

Patches was rescued as a stray cat in Port Richmond. She was being fed in a parking lot of a local deli for about 2 weeks. Patches was wearing a collar and had a microchip but her owner is not able to be found. Most likely they either abandoned her or moved and did not update their new information. Patches is 7 years old and is already spayed. We have had her tested for feline leukemia/AIDS and updated on her vaccines.
