Jethro was abandoned at a cemetery in Philadelphia. This area is a typical dumping ground for cats so we find a lot of kitties here. Jethro is a friendly, young kitty who was clearly someones pet at some point. He has been neutered, vaccinated for FVRCP & rabies and it up to date on his vaccines.
