Online Adoption Application

Will was rescued with his mom, Pippa, and his sister, Kate from someone that could no longer afford to care for them. Will's mom is a purebred British Shorthair and the vet believes Will is too. Will is about 12 weeks old. Will's mother has been tested negative for feline leukemia/AIDS and Will has received his first distemper vaccine and been dewormed.
