Online Adoption Application

Francis was found wondering as a stray in the West Oak section of Philadelphia. This sweet boy kept following people around looking for food. Luckily a good Samaritan took him in and brought him to us. Francis was already neutered when we found him and micro-chipped. Unfortunately the contact information for his owner is no longer current and the microchip company has no way of getting in touch with the owner. Our vet believes Francis is only about 8 months old.
