Todd was abandoned as a kitten on the busy streets of Philly where he eventually made his way to a SEPTA station (a very scary and noisy place) in the hopes of finding some food. One day he followed a kind man to his backyard and Todd realized that this was a safe and secure place where he even got something to eat from this kind man. He is hoping for a home of his own. He is a friendly boy who would thank you everyday if you would give him a second chance. Todd is neutered, received his 1st FVRCP vaccine, dewormed, received flea medication, and tested negative for feline leukemia/FIV.
