Noel was rescued from Philadelphia as a stray kitten. She was living under a car with her mom and siblings (which were never captured). Noel is SOOOO sweet and loves to be around people. She is the perfect kitty. Noel has been spayed, received her 1st FVRCP vaccine, has been microchipped, tested negative for feline leukemia/FIV and dewormed.
