Bear was rescued with his mom, Rita, and his 5 siblings from the Port Richmond neighborhood of Philadelphia. He has been in a foster home since he was 3 weeks old. Bear is very friendly and loves to play. When he gets sleepy he loves to cuddle. Bear will be ready for adoption around April 17th.
