Gandalf was rescued from the Strawberry Mansion section of Philadelphia. He has been living outside for a few months. Gandalf is extremely friendly and was once someones pet. He was already neutered when we rescued him but has been updated on his vaccines, dewormed and tested negative for feline leukemia/FIV.
