Sebastian was rescued from a playground in the Juniata section of Philadelphia. He had been eating at this playground for a month. Someone called us right before a snowstorm and we took him in. Sebastian has been neutered, tested negative for feline leukemia/FIV, vaccinated and has been dewormed.
