Chip was rescued as a stray in Philadelphia after his previous owners moved out and left him outside.  He was living in the same house as Georgia, also available for adoption. Chip is shy at first but warms up quickly once you start petting him. Chip was already neutered when we rescued him but has been vaccinated for FVRCP & rabies and tested negative for feline leukemia/FIV.
