Oscar was rescued outside as a stray near Temple University. He was covered in fleas, dirt, grease and his hair was extremely matted. Oscar is one of the sweetest cats you will ever meet and he LOVES to be around people and be pet. He is only about a year old and has been neutered, vaccinated for FVRCP & rabies, and tested negative for feline leukemia/FIV. Oscar only has a partial back leg but that doesn't stop him from running over and looking to be pet. Make sure to check out his video!
