Casper was rescued outside with his siblings in Southwest Philadelphia. He is very sweet and loves to be pet. Casper enjoys wrestling with his brothers and is good with kids. He has been neutered, vaccinated for FVRCP, tested negative for feline leukemia/FIV, and microchipped.
