Joy was abandoned at a cemetery in Philadelphia. This area is a typical dumping ground for cats so we find a lot of kitties here. Joy is a friendly, young kitty who was clearly someones pet at some point. She has been spayed, vaccinated for FVRCP & rabies and is up to date on his vaccines.  Joy is super sweet and loves to be pet and get kisses.  Make sure to check out her video.  Joy can be seen at our adoption center at the Newtown Pet Valu, 2814 S Eagle Rd in Newtown.
