Cedar was rescued as a stray in Philadelphia. Someone noticed he was being abused and rescued him from the situation. Don't worry Cedar still loves people and is very forgiving of what happened. You'll notice in his video that he is just content having a warm, fuzzy place to sleep. Cedar seems to be good with other cats and children. He has been neutered, tested negative for feline leukemia/AIDS and is current on his vaccines. Cedar is only about a year old.
