Online Adoption Application

Elmer was rescued with his mom and siblings from a euthanasia shelter in Philadelphia. Elmer is extremely friendly and playful but unfortunately he is deaf. Elmer gets around perfectly fine and will be able to live a normal life. Since he is deaf he will need to be an indoor only cat. Elmer was born around June 14th.
