Dougie was rescued as a stray cat from Philadelphia. He is very friendly and loves to be pet. Dougie is a lap kitty and loves to snuggle in your lap and be pet. Dougie has been neutered, vaccinated for rabies & FVRCP, microchipped, dewormed, and tested negative for feline leukemia/FIV.
