Piper was rescued as a stray cat in Philadelphia. She is VERY friendly and loves to be pet. She has been spayed, vaccinated for FVRCP & rabies, microchipped and tested negative for feline leukemia/FIV. Her adoption fee is $135 which includes the microchip registration.
