Billy was rescued as a stray cat in Philadelphia. He is extremely friendly and loves to play. Billy should definitely go to a home with another cat or dog to play with. He is about 7 months old. Billy has been neutered, vaccinated for FVRCP and rabies, dewormed, microchipped and tested negative for feline leukemia/FIV.
