Billy was rescued as a stray kitten in Philadelphia. He is very sweet and has lots of energy. Billy would love to go to a home with another animal to play with. He has been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and tested negative for feline leukemia/FIV. Billy's adoption fee is $125 which includes the microchip registration fee.
