Jasper was rescued as a stray cat in Philadelphia. He is VERY friendly and loves to be pet. Jasper has been neutered, vaccinated for FVRCP & rabies, dewormed, microchipped and tested negative for feline leukemia/FIV. Jasper is about 2 years old.
