Dusty was rescued as a stray cat in Philadelphia. Due to his friendly nature we know that Dusty was once someones pet. Sadly he has been living outside for the past 3 years and was being fed by a good samaritan. Dusty was already neutered when we rescued him but has been updated on his vaccines, dewormed, tested negative for feline leukemia/FIV and received a flea treatment. He is very friendly and loves to be pet.
