Chilly was rescued as a stray cat in Northwest Philadelphia.  He was already neutered when we rescued him but has been updated on his vaccines, dewormed and was tested for feline leukemia/FIV.  Chilly is FIV + and would need to be kept as an indoor only cat.  FIV + cats can live a very long healthy life, many living into their late teens.  He is very friendly and loves to be pet and be around people.
