Handy was rescued from the Lowe's in Bensalem with his mom and 2 brother, Milo & Manny. Handy & his brothers had to be scooped out with a pond skimmer because they were between a fence and a concrete wall.  Their mother is feral and had to be trapped.  Handy is very friendly and has been very well socialized.  Handy has been neutered, received his first FVRCP vaccine, tested negative for feline leukemia/FIV and has been microchipped.
