Louie was rescued with his siblings from the Tioga Marine Terminal in Philadelphia. Louie is very sweet but is still a little shy. With lots of one on one attention he will make a great cat.  He would also do well in a household with another cat.  He has been neutered, vaccinated for FVRCP, dewormed, tested negative for feline leukemia/FIV and microchipped.
