Otis was rescued with his siblings along the side of the road when his mother was hit by a car. He is very friendly and LOVES to be around people. Otis especially enjoys playing with his brother Toby who is also available for adoption. Otis and has been neutered, tested negative for feline leukemia/FIV, vaccinated for FVRCP & rabies and dewormed.
