Adopt Ranger! This handsome boy was found tied to a fence, using a telephone cord, in the Frankford section of Philadelphia. According to our neighborhood informant the plan was to have the cats picked up and used for pitbull bait. Ranger is a sweet, friendly kitty which most likely made him an easy target. He has been neutered, vaccinated, and tested negative for feline leukemia/AIDS. Ranger is only around a year old. He gets along well with dogs and other cats.
