Toby was rescued with his siblings along the side of the road when his mother was hit by a car. He is very friendly and LOVES to be around people. Toby especially enjoys playing with his brother Otis who is also available for adoption. Toby and has been neutered, tested negative for feline leukemia/FIV, vaccinated for FVRCP & rabies and dewormed.
